King Edwards Barracks

Transforming a Historic Site with High-Performance Piping Solutions

Ngai Tahu is developing the site of the old police headquarters and King Edward barracks. This $150 million-plus development will include four commercial buildings, walkways, carpark buildings, and rows of apartments.

Hanlon Pipes & Plumbing installed KE KELIT STEELFIX Stainless press & KELOX Multilayer piping systems for the hot and cold water reticulation. This hybrid system provided improved installation times and quality. The project profile meant that only the highest quality piping systems could be used.
