PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

1. The promoter is KE KELIT New Zealand Limited (“KKNZ” or the “Promoter”), of 130 Hutt Road, Petone 5012.
2. This promotion is being conducted in partnership with Plumbing World.

2. Promotion period

3. The promotion opens on 5 October 2026 and closes following the final participating Plumbing World event on 26 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entries for each participating location close at the conclusion of that location’s qualifying event. Entries will not be accepted retrospectively.
5. Participating locations, event dates and event types will be listed at https://www.kekelit.co.nz/1st-xv/.

3. Eligibility

6. Entry is open to Plumbing World trade customers who:

• • are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;
  • are ordinarily resident in New Zealand;
  • hold, work for, or are authorised to represent an active Plumbing World trade account; and
  • attend a qualifying event during the Promotion Period.

7. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of KKNZ, Plumbing World, and any agency or supplier directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
8. The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, New Zealand residency, trade customer status or event attendance. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in an entry being disqualified.

4. How to enter

9. To enter, an eligible person must:

• • attend a participating Plumbing World branch BBQ or qualifying trade presentation during the Promotion Period; and
  • complete and submit the official entry form before entries close for that event.

10. Eligible entrants may receive:

• • one entry for attending a participating branch BBQ; and
  • one additional entry for attending a qualifying trade presentation.

11. A maximum of two entries per person is permitted across the entire promotion—one entry for each event type. Attending multiple BBQs or multiple trade presentations will not generate additional entries.
12. Entry is free. Entrants are responsible for any ordinary costs associated with travelling to or attending a qualifying event.
13. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

5. Prize draw

14. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
15. The prize draw will take place on 4 December 2026 and will be conducted electronically at the KKNZ office.
16. The first valid entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to confirmation that the entrant meets all eligibility requirements.
17. The provisional winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address supplied with their entry within one business day of the draw.
18. The provisional winner must accept the prize and provide any requested information by 5:00 pm on 10 December 2026.
19. If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is unable to travel on the required dates, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw.
20. Any redraw will be conducted on 11 December 2026 using the same method as the original draw. A redraw winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address supplied with their entry and must accept the prize within five business days of being notified.

6. Prize

21. The prize is a trip to Brisbane, Australia, for the winner and one nominated travel companion to attend the All Blacks v Wallabies ANZAC Test in 2027.
22. The wider travelling group will consist of:

• • the competition winner;
  • one travel companion nominated by the winner;
  • one Plumbing World staff member selected by Plumbing World; and
  • one KKNZ staff member selected by KKNZ.

23. The prize for the winner and their nominated companion includes:

• • return economy-class flights from the nearest suitable New Zealand airport to the winner’s usual place of residence to Brisbane;
  • two nights’ accommodation in Brisbane at accommodation selected by the Promoter; and
  • two tickets to the All Blacks v Wallabies ANZAC Test.

24. Unless expressly included above, the prize does not include:

• • travel to or from the nominated New Zealand departure airport;
  • passports, visas, travel insurance or other travel documentation;
  • meals, beverages or incidental expenses;
  • spending money;
  • additional transport, activities or entertainment; or
  • any other personal expenses.

25. The approximate total retail value of the prize for the winner and their companion is NZ$9,000. The final value may vary depending on booking dates, availability and exchange rates.

7. Travel conditions

26. The winner and their nominated companion must both be aged 18 years or older and available to travel from Saturday 24 April 2027 to Monday 26 April 2027.
27. The winner and their companion must travel together on the flights and itinerary arranged by the Promoter. Travel dates and arrangements cannot be changed at the winner’s request.
28. The winner’s companion must be nominated within five business days of the winner being notified and cannot be changed after bookings have been confirmed, except at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
29. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they:

• • hold valid passports and meet all Australian entry requirements;
  • obtain any required visas or travel authorisations;
  • are medically fit to travel; and
  • comply with all airline, accommodation, venue and event requirements.

30. The Promoter may require the winner and their companion to provide information reasonably required to make the travel bookings by a specified deadline. Failure to provide the information may result in the prize being forfeited.
31. If the winner or their companion misses any flight, transfer or event through their own action or omission, the Promoter is not required to provide replacement arrangements or compensation.
32. Travel insurance is not included. The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner and their companion obtain appropriate travel insurance at their own cost.

8. Prize restrictions and changes

33. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any alternative travel dates.
34. The Promoter will make all travel and accommodation bookings. The winner cannot request particular airlines, flights, accommodation, seating or other arrangements.
35. Airport transfers and other additional inclusions are not included unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing at its discretion.
36. If the match is postponed, relocated or cancelled, or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a reasonably equivalent substitute or adjust the itinerary.
37. Where a change is required, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to minimise any disadvantage to the winner. No cash alternative will be provided unless required by law.
38. The prize cannot be sold, auctioned or otherwise transferred to another person.

9. Conduct

39. The winner and their companion must behave responsibly and comply with all reasonable directions and conditions imposed by the Promoter, Plumbing World, airlines, accommodation providers and event organisers.
40. The Promoter may withdraw a person from the trip or an activity if their conduct is unlawful, unsafe, disruptive or likely to damage the reputation of KKNZ or Plumbing World. The Promoter will not be responsible for costs resulting from that person’s conduct.

10. Privacy

41. Personal information collected through the promotion will be used to:

• • administer and verify entries;
  • contact the winner;
  • organise and deliver the prize; and
  • provide promotional communications where the entrant has separately agreed to receive them.

42. Entry information may be shared with Plumbing World and relevant travel, accommodation, event and service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion or deliver the prize.
43. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.kekelit.co.nz/privacy-policy/.
44. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting marketing@kekelit.co.nz.

11. Publicity

45. Subject to the winner’s consent, KKNZ and Plumbing World may photograph or film the winner and their companion in connection with the promotion and prize trip.
46. Any use of the winner’s name, image, comments or footage for promotional purposes will be discussed with the winner and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

12. General conditions

47. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
48. The Promoter’s decisions concerning eligibility, the validity of entries and the administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.
49. The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
50. The Promoter is not responsible for an entry that is lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of a technical failure or other circumstance outside its reasonable control.
51. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
52. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
